Based on a long line of ENT treatment units, the Ergos 50 is designed to simplify ENT consulting room procedures. Metal, timber and other materials are combined to form the basis of an efficient and patient-friendly setting. State-of-the-art electronics help minimise downtime. Modular furniture can be added to the Ergos 50, in accordance with particular needs, available space and budget to create an ENT suite.

Metal Therapy Section

Incorporates:
- Electronics with microprocessor.

Timber Instrumentation Section

Ergos 50 control console

This system incorporates sophisticated electronics with embedded software. Useful information is accessed via the menus on the LCD display. On-screen warnings help reduce downtime. When the ENT Diagnostic Centre is coupled to the electronics, a choice of diagnostic modules and imaging components can be included in the configuration.

Ergos 50 can be equipped with a wide selection of integrated functions to accommodate specific requirements and budget. Certain integrated functions are automatically activated by means of sensors when the handpieces are removed from their holders. Others can be controlled via the controlconsole and LCD display.

ENT Diagnostic Centre

This system communicates with the electronics in the Ergos 50, making it possible to add additional pc-based functions to the configuration, such as a video endoscopy system and a choice of three diagnostic modules. Moreover ear, nose and throat images can be selected from the control console for patient explanations. A remote DVD driver/ writer is fitted in the unit.

Diagnostic modules

Alongside the video endoscopy possibilities, three pc-based diagnostic modules are available for use with the ENT Diagnostic Centre.

The diagnostic modules start up automatically when the probes are removed from their holders on the Ergos 50 treatment unit. The diagnostic software is operated from the treatment unit control console and LCD, practically eliminating the requirement for a mouse and keyboard.
