Our safety guidelines
Manufacturing medical equipment and accessories means absolute certainty about the technology, quality and reliability of final product. Long testing phases, continuous quality control at all stages of the production process, and state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities are essential factors.

Our goal is absolute reliability and faultless operation – especially in mission-critical situations. MS Westfalia GmbH has long since integrated this into its own strategy. National and international safety standards for medical equipment are tough – but not tough enough for us. If the state-of-the-art enables and justifies higher safety standards, we will implement these standards.

Our comprehensive, all-encompassing quality assurance system draws on every single member of MS Westfalia GmbH’s staff in product development, production, sales and customer support to ensure standards of excellence in product and service quality.

MS Westfalia GmbH is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.

Internal system audits, external audits carried out by the organisations named, and the proactive contribution of every member of staff in every area and at every level help us to track down potential for improvement and optimise our processes in a continuous, sustainable improvement process. We constantly question the status quo; resting on past achievements is not enough. We have recognised the potentials presented by quality management, which we have turned into a living reality at MS Westfalia GmbH.
